Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it
right. We will arrange for a replacement. However, refunds are not applicable in such cases.
We offer exchanges only in the case of a genuine product defect or damage. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery via DM or whatsapp with:
1. Clear unboxing video of the parcel &
2. Your order details
Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement for you at no additonal cost.
Note: We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances. As a small business, each product is carefully handled and processed specifically for your order. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or delayed deliveries.
